Review:
The Singapore Conrad hotel is one of the award-winning hotels in Singapore. One of the main reasons why they won so many awards must be because of the excellent service they provide. One of the advantages of staying in this hotel is that it is located with in the vicinity of the town’s loveliest and largest districts. It is less than a 100 meters walk to the esplanade, where you can catch a play or musical. It is also right opposite the marina bay sands casino hotel. If you are willing to walk a little more, less than 1 km away is the river front where museums and heritage buildings are found.
Location alone will not win the hotel any accolades. One of the most enjoyable part of the stay is the hospitality and approachability of the staff and management. When I casually asked them how many pillows are provided in the room, the housekeeper in charge of my room actually came over later to ask if I needed any extra pillow. I was impressed.
The interior of the room is typical of any Conrad hotels or any 5 star hotel. What i like about the rooms though is the size of the rooms. I stayed in the standard room which is about 40 square meters. this is bigger than most of the standard rooms in other 5 star hotels in Singapore. Of course, the price is Conrad Singapore is also slightly higher than the run of the mill 5 star hotels in Singapore.
Overall, the hotel stay gave me a luxurious and pampered feel. Would love to stay here again if I could.
